VMR becomes one of the first electronic cigarette manufacturers to ensure that its e-liquid containers meet Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards for child resistance
MIAMI, FL (February 16, 2015) – VMR Products, a global e-cigarette leader and the maker of V2®, one of the nation’s most popular brands of electronic cigarette products, today announced that its containers of electronic cigarette liquid, or “e-liquid,” are compliant with Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards for child resistance. Opening any VMR e-liquid container requires a simultaneous “push, twist, pull” in order to reduce any risk of access to children. Simply pulling or twisting the cap cannot easily open containers.

Containers from VMR Products have been tested to meet CPSC Protocol Title 16 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1700.2 (Child Resistance Testing). VMR features 12 authentic e-liquid flavors at five nicotine strengths. Each e-liquid container is “push, twist, pull”-enabled, with the multi-step action providing maximum security.
