VMR PRODUCTS LAUNCHES V2® PRO, A NEW LINE OF PORTABLE VAPORIZERS

The new line of vaporizers are designed for the emerging “large-scale vapor device” category. These new multi-medium vaporizers are expected to be one of the most disruptive innovations to enter the vaporizer space. The product line is the result of over two years of extensive research and development, involving a team of 30 dedicated VMR engineers and scientists. Over 20 patents have been filed by VMR during the development of the V2 Pro product line.

 

The new vaporizer line will feature three vaporizer models of varying sizes, with MSRPs as low as $59.99. The new models are designed to offer consumers an “open system” vaporizer solution. All three models will feature the ability to vaporize e-liquids, loose leaf tobacco, and essential oils.

V2 Pro vaporizers are now available for purchase online via: www.v2cigs.com/v2pro. In the coming months they will be available through retailers such as convenience stores and tobacconists.

 

According to a March 2014 report from Wells Fargo Securities,* the U.S. electronic vapor market, which includes electronic cigarettes (micro-cigs) and vaporizers, has surpassed $2.2 billion. E-cigarettes currently own 65% of all electronic vapor sales, with vaporizers accounting for the remaining 35%. However, Wells Fargo Securities reports that rapid Millennial adoption of larger vaporizing devices, like VMR’s new V2 Pro product line, signals a transition from e-cigarettes to vaporizers, with the vaporizer category projected to grow twice as fast as the overall electronic vapor market this year.

V2 Pro vaporizers feature several industry innovations, such as a one-piece aluminum body with drop-in cartridges to eliminate the breakage and leakage that plague traditional large-scale devices. The cartridges couple to the vaporizers magnetically – rather than with threading – and they are smart, automatically controlling temperature. The vaporizers feature a breakaway magnetic charger that also permits usage of the devices while plugged into a power source.

 

The V2 Pro vaporizer line features three distinct models – Series 3, Series 7, and Series 9 – and will offer the following features:
