VMR & NATIONAL TOBACCO COMPANY TO BRING POPULAR V2 PRO VAPORIZERS TO RETAIL

NTC will make V2 Pro available to brick-and-mortar retailers to meet growing demand;

Miami, FL (October 7, 2014) – VMR Products, a global leader in the electronic cigarette industry and the makers of V2®, one of the nation’s leading brands of electronic cigarette products, today announced that the V2 Pro Series 3, the company’s first large-scale, open system vaporizer, and its fastest-selling product, will now be available to retailers through their distribution partnership with National Tobacco Company (NTC).
In April 2013, VMR announced a strategic partnership with National Tobacco Company to deliver its popular V2 electronic cigarette to the traditional retail market. Since the partnership was announced in 2013, V2 is now sold in more than 40,000 U.S. locations. With demand for V2 Pro growing daily, and as open system devices gain in popularity, VMR is seeking to achieve similar wide-scale distribution for its new line.

V2 Pro is designed for the emerging large-scale vapor device category. The V2 Pro Series 3 features the ability to vaporize e-liquid, loose leaf tobacco, and wax, and are “smart”—automatically controlling the temperature to accommodate the user’s preferred medium. With its advanced features, V2 Pro is one of the most disruptive innovations in the vaporizer category.

According to Wells Fargo Securities, in the coming months, 100% of those surveyed plan to feature both electronic cigarettes and open tank systems in-store.* Wells Fargo Securities also recently stated that, for retailers, these devices “are profitable – with high margins – and, unsurprisingly, are quickly growing in volume and shelf space.” **
